1. Source and legal basis: for each list we state the data source and the purpose for which consent was collected.
2. Italian opt-out register (RPO): numbers are checked against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, which has covered mobile numbers since 2022. Each telephone check is valid for 15 days, so we plan deliveries and refreshes accordingly. Actual use must respect applicable consent and objections when the campaign runs.
3. Data cleansing: number normalisation, de-duplication and matching against your suppression lists (active customers, previous opt-outs).
4. Documentation: we provide the information you need to demonstrate lawful processing if a data subject or authority asks.

Data is delivered in Excel or CSV, with fields structured for your CRM or outbound platform. Recurring deliveries are available for ongoing campaigns.
