Concorsi Web Srl and the partner companies (hereinafter the “Owners”) respect and protect the privacy of their users (hereinafter, the “Users”).
In order to strengthen the trust of our Users, and also pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter also referred to as the “Regulation” or “GDPR”), we provide below the information relating to the processing of Personal Data provided by Users who interact with the services offered by the Owners starting from the Competition Site (hereinafter, the “Site”).
- Purpose of the treatment
Your personal data provided during all stages of the prize event are collected and processed by the Holders for the following purposes:
1 a) purposes strictly connected to participation in the prize competition promoted by Concorsi Web Srl;
2 b) sending of commercial communications (marketing) and direct sales. Subject to obtaining your express consent, your personal data may be used by the Data Controllers to send communications from other companies that carry out activities in the fields of marketing, direct sales of goods and services via the Internet and other remote communication technologies, by operating companies in the e-commerce, publishing, electricity and gas sectors, consulting, tourism, sports, communication, telecommunications, entertainment, financial, companies operating in the betting and public gaming sector, insurance, automotive, consumer goods, humanitarian and charitable organizations ( of which it is possible to know the updated list by contacting Concorsi Web Srl) for sending commercial communications (marketing) and / or direct sales, by e-mail, fax, telephone and any other remote communication technology. The consent to the processing of this data is optional and any refusal to process it will not make it impossible to participate in the prize competition promoted by Concorsi Web Srl.
In any case, the user will have the right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of their personal data for marketing and / or direct sales purposes, by making a simple request to the Owners, without any formalities. - Processing methods
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the data will be processed both through IT and / or telematic tools, and on paper and, in any case, through tools suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality through the adoption of the security measures prescribed by the Code. . We inform you that your personal data will be stored at the offices of the Data Controllers or at third-party companies that offer so-called services. “hosting”, appointed as Data Processors.

6. Rights of interested parties
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulations, the user has the right to request access to his personal data, the correction or cancellation of the same, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, obtain the data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation. At any time, the user can revoke pursuant to art. 7 of the Regulation the consent given, lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data) pursuant to article 77 of the Regulation, if it considers that the processing of your data is contrary to the law in force.
